Remove my number from Ylumo

If your number shows up in Ylumo with your name, you can ask for it not to. To stop someone else from doing this for you, we first check that the number is yours.

• Your name, company and photo will no longer be shown for this number.
• The number will no longer be shared together with your identity.
• Spam reports on this number still count: they say nothing about you.

A landline can't receive a code. For a landline, write to dpo@ylumo.com from an address linked to that number.
